Matamaal announces launch of matamaal's bakehouse
Kashmiri breads with a difference baked in authentic clay tandoor, using filtered (aqua guard) water,50% aata and 50% refined flour (Maida), no baking ammonium and most important no Dalda Ghee (refined poison) is used in Matamaal's Bakehouse. We only use pure cow's ghee. It took lot of research and motivation to make our breads healthier and course tastier too, Matamaal's baked items will beat any bread (white, brown bread, multigrain) and whatever is readily available on retail shelves. Yes Matamaal has an alternative for everybody's breakfast breads.
